The Telangana Industry Awards recognise the best businesses in the State across six categories. For the fourth consecutive year, the Government of Telangana has leveraged the GlobalLinker platform to run these annual awards for SMEs -- right from the application to judging process. And today we are revealing the winners in the category of ‘Special Contribution (IT Services)’.
But first, here is what some of the illustrious jury members have to say about the participating businesses and selection process.

Large Category - Tata Consultancy Services
Tata Consultancy needs no introduction but some of their key achievements include - crossed the INR 16,000 Cr milestone in annual revenue, in the year FY 20-21,reduction in Carbon Footprint by 51% in FY20-21 compared to a year ago, Over 20,000 trees were planted in Hyderabad. eToilets were constructed in 368 schools, in 10 districts of Telangana, including 119 schools in tribal areas. Over 1100 prison inmates were groomed in computer education to improve their employability.
Medium Category - 24-7 Intouch (Formerly Knoah Solutions Pvt. Ltd.)
24-7 Intouch is a global digital customer care and technology company that provides value-driven, future-forward customer experience solutions. For over 20 years, it has been the people and technology behind the world's biggest brands. Operating out of 25 locations in 9 countries, it expanded to India last year with the acquisition of Knoah Solutions. Its people, culture and future ready technology helped the company quickly transition to WFH and grow by ~100% during the pandemic. Contributing to the vision of Golden Telangana, it has added 1500 jobs across entry, mid and senior levels while establishing global centers of excellence in Hyderabad that powers its global operations.
